P3 Charity in Nottingham is seeking a Support Worker for our Young People’s service. You will deliver trauma-informed, strengths-based support to help people overcome challenges, maintain tenancy and build life skills in a fast-paced environment.

We are looking for a Support Worker to join our Young People’s service in Nottingham City. In this role, you’ll deliver trauma informed, strengths-based support to enable people to overcome personal challenges and lead settled, fulfilled lives. You will help people to maintain their tenancy, working alongside them to build life skills and help them avoid repeat homelessness.
We are looking for someone who is flexible, approachable and non-judgemental. Someone who is passionate and solutions-focused, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and who always takes a kind approach. While experience in a similar role would be great, full training will be provided.
The successful candidate must hold a full UK driving licence and have access to a vehicle. Please note, this post is subject to an enhanced check made by the Disclosure & Barring Services, paid for by P3.
