P3 Charity is seeking a Support Worker in Wolverhampton for 15 hours per week. You will join our Intensive Housing management team, providing housing-related support to adults experiencing homelessness. You will serve as a keyworker, promoting healthy lifestyles and helping individuals gain independent living skills.
The role requires a full UK driving licence and a willingness to travel as needed. Office-based with travel, DBS check required, and we plant a tree with every new employee through

An exciting opportunity has arisen to joinour brilliant team of Support Workers.If you are self-motivated andenjoy a challenge where no two days are the same, then this role is for you! As a Support Worker, you will be working in our Intensive Housing management team in Wolverhampton, providing housing related support to adults who are experiencing homelessness. You will act as a keyworker, encouraging positive and healthy lifestyles and assist individuals to develop skills for independent living. You will work closely with our partners across the county and take a multi-agency approach to reach positive outcomes for individuals. You must have a can-do attitude, be willing to go the extra mile and be able to think outside the box. You will work on our internal IT system ensuring that all paperwork is accurately recorded and up to date. You must be able make decisions with the sole purpose of supporting the people we work alongside to achieve their goals to create positive outcomes.
The successful candidate must hold a full UK driving licence. Please note, this post is subject to an enhanced check made by the Disclosure & Barring Services, paid for by P3.
