P3 Charity is looking for a dedicated Support Worker to join our accommodation-based services in Cambridge. You will be a keyworker, providing housing-related support to adults experiencing mental illness, and help develop skills for independent living.
Hours are 37.5 per week, with a 2-week rolling rota and site-based work. You will use our IT system to record paperwork and collaborate with partners across the county to achieve positive outcomes. P3 is an equal opportunities employer.

An exciting opportunity has arisen to join our brilliant team of Support Workers. If you are self‑motivated and enjoy a challenge where no two days are the same, then this role is for you! As a Support Worker, you will be working in our accommodation‑based services in Cambridge, providing housing related support to adults who are experiencing Mental Illness. You will act as a keyworker, encouraging positive and healthy lifestyles and assist individuals to develop skills for independent living. You will work closely with our partners across the county and take a multi‑agency approach to reach positive outcomes for individuals. You will work on our internal IT system ensuring that all paperwork is accurately recorded and up to date. You will be making decisions with the sole purpose of supporting the people we work alongside to achieve their goals to create positive outcomes.
