P3 Charity is recruiting Tenancy Support Workers to join our team in the Chesterfield area. The role is office-based with regular travel, 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday 9:00–17:00, to support individuals with mental health in living settings and community, helping sustain tenancies and prevent homelessness.
You will keep accurate records on our IT system, work independently or with teams, and use a can-do approach to help clients achieve positive outcomes.
Hours per week: 37.5 hours per week
Shift Pattern: Covering Monday to Friday, 9:00 to 17:00

We help people with their mental health in both supported living settings and in the community, helping them build the confidence and daily living skills necessary for independent living.
As a keyworker, you will work with individuals to maintain their tenancies and prevent homelessness, while also promoting positive and healthy lifestyles and assisting them in developing the skills needed for independent living.
You must have a ‘can-do' attitude, be willing to go the extra mile, and be able to think outside the box. Your responsibilities will include ensuring accurate and up-to-date record-keeping on our internal IT system. Whether working independently or within wider teams, you should be proactive and capable of making decisions with the sole purpose of supporting the individuals we work alongside to achieve positive outcomes and reach their goals.
