Great Places Housing Association is looking for a Tenancy Coach to support customers at risk of tenancy failure. You will deliver 1-1 sessions and telephone guidance, using a strengths-based approach to help clients build skills to sustain tenancies and live independently.

You will develop wellbeing and risk management plans, signpost to welfare benefits and housing services, monitor progress, and train colleagues to handle low-level issues appropriately. Safeguarding awareness is essential.

Competenze

• Qualified to minimum GCSE grade C or equivalent in English and Maths.

Mansioni

• Provide 1-1 sessions and telephone guidance to customers at risk of tenancy failure.
• Conduct initial assessments to understand customer needs and root causes.
• Develop wellbeing plans with customers and coach actions to achieve outcomes.
