Job summary

Squared is a not-for-profit housing association based in Luton, seeking a Full-time Permanent Team Member to support customers in our housing services. You will assess new customers, design and implement support and risk plans, and provide coaching while assisting Service Managers.

You will participate in group and individual interventions for clients with complex needs, and ongoing training is part of the role.

Qualifications

• Experience working with vulnerable people in a customer-centred environment.
• Awareness of homelessness, wellbeing, affordability and related social issues.
• Self-motivated, IT literate and highly organised.
• Evidence of community-based or voluntary work is desirable.
• Enhanced DBS check required.

Responsibilities

• Carry out assessments of new customers and devise support and risk management plans.
• Conduct regular coaching sessions and support Service Managers.
• Participate in group and one-to-one interventions with customers of a specialist nature.
• Engage in reflective practice and support colleagues to drive positive change.
• Attend mandatory training during induction and be available for it within working hours.
