Job summary

Places for People in the UK is seeking a Customer Support Coordinator to deliver housing and support services to customers with complex needs. You will manage an individual caseload, develop support and safety plans, and help customers achieve independence and move into permanent housing.

You’ll work with external agencies, handle tenancy management tasks, record-keeping and signposting, and contribute to performance targets, including arrears and voids, in a trauma-informed, inclusive

Qualifications

• Experience in supported housing or homelessness services.
• Knowledge of tenancy management and housing processes.
• Experience managing customer caseloads, support plans and risk/safety plans.
• Ability to maintain accurate customer records and use IT systems for service delivery.
• Experience collaborating with external agencies to achieve outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality housing and support services to customers with complex needs.
• Manage assessments, sign-ups, tenancy management and respond to queries; address antisocial behaviour.
• Maintain records, support plans, and daily administration; provide safeguarding updates.
• Attend multi-agency meetings and contribute to performance targets (voids, arrears, reletting).
