TimePlan Education in Southampton is seeking a reliable Site Assistant to support a busy school site for an initial five-week period. The role runs from 8:00am to 4:00pm, Monday to Friday, helping ensure premises are clean, safe and well-presented for pupils and staff.

The position involves practical site duties, setting up rooms, distributing meals when needed, replenishing supplies and handling ad-hoc requests.

Responsibilities

• Carry out general hands-on maintenance and basic site duties.
• Set up the main hall for lunches, assemblies and other school activities.
• Porter and distribute food as required.
• Replenish toilet rolls and other essential supplies.
• Help with upkeep and presentation of the school premises.
• Respond positively to ad-hoc tasks and requests from school staff.
