We are seeking a committed Site Assistant who will carry out general repairs and maintenance, liaise with contractors and suppliers and ensure our school maintains a high level of health and safety.
You will join our friendly and hardworking facilities department to help keep our school safe, clean and in a good state of repair.

Experience of building maintenance, caretaking, site or premise work
Experience of carrying out basic repairs and maintenance
Experience of opening, closing and securing buildings
Strong IT skills
Excellent communication skills
Ability to problem solve and use own initiative
Substantial knowledge of Health and Safety, including COSHH
An understanding of safeguarding.
Willingness to undertake relevant training.
Current valid full driving licence is preferable with either D1/D1 extension.

Salary: AS 4 -12 FTE £25,495- £28,907 actual pro rata salary £13,781- £15,625
Job role: Permanent, Part-Time, 52 weeks per year , 20 hours per week, Monday-Friday 6:30am- 10:30am
