Responsibilities
  • Prepare and cook well balancednutritious lunch for the students.
  • Oversee food production and cooking
  • Maintain a clean and organisedkitchen, adhering to all safety and hygiene regulations.
  • Order and manage food supplies to ensure the availability of fresh and high-quality ingredients.
  • Adapt menus to accommodate special dietary needs and allergies.
  • Monitor food quality, portion control, and minimisewaste.
  • Ensure proper maintenance of kitchen equipment and report any issues for repair.
  • Comply with health and safety regulations and food handling standards.
