Job summary

Machine Mart Ltd in the United Kingdom seeks a customer-focused Sales Assistant to join a small team and help customers understand technical equipment.

You will deliver a great customer experience, explain products clearly, and work up to 45 hours per week with time off in lieu; expect rewards like staff discounts, a company pension, life cover and health plans.

Qualifications

• You’ll have previous experience in selling technical products to customers.
• You’ll have experience in a retail customer service orientated environment.
• You’ll have previous experience in dealing with customers.
• You’ll have practical experience / knowledge of some or all of our product range.
• You’ll possess strong accuracy and numeracy skills.
• You’ll possess basic computer literacy.
• You’ll be self motivated and have a can-do attitude.
