Job summary

Mole Valley Farmers Limited in Frome is seeking a Customer Experience Team Member to join our Retail team on a permanent part-time basis. You will work 25 hours per week on a rota, earning £10.85–£12.71 per hour, with benefits including our pension, staff discount, and free parking.

You’ll help customers find products, offer expert advice, promote offers, support sales targets, and ensure a welcoming store environment.

Qualifications

• A genuine interest in customer service and retail.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good IT skills and a willingness to learn new systems.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
• Awareness of Data Protection / GDPR and Health & Safety standards.
• Flexible and team-oriented attitude.

Responsibilities

• Delivering friendly, knowledgeable, and solution-focused service.

• Promoting current offers and recommending suitable products.
• Supporting the delivery of sales targets and store KPIs.
