Allen Associates is seeking a Temporary Customer Experience Assistant to welcome visitors and support front-of-house operations in a busy science-focused environment in the UK. You will handle calls, emails, bookings, and reception duties with a friendly, professional approach.

This on-site role offers parking and an immediate start, with weekly PAYE pay. You will develop administrative and customer service skills while ensuring the centre runs smoothly for staff and guests.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greeting visitors and guests.
• Managing phone and email inquiries.
• Opening and closing the centre at the beginning and end of each shift.
• Handling administrative duties such as filing, mail delivery, and recording meeting room bookings.
• Managing keys and access passes for centre users.
• Ensuring reception areas remain tidy and welcoming at all times.
• Monitoring equipment and reporting any issues to maintenance teams promptly.
