Personnel Solutions (Midlands) Limited is seeking a temporary Customer Service Advisor for a role based in Lee Mill (PL21 area). The role involves handling incoming calls, making outbound updates, and coordinating with other departments.

The ideal candidate will be confident on the phone, able to multitask in a busy environment, and willing to travel to the Exeter depot if required. Hours are Monday to Friday, 9am–5pm, with on-site parking.

Qualifications

• Must be confident dealing with customers over the phone in a busy environment (call handling).
• Able to multitask and manage different tasks in a busy workplace.
• Computer literate with Microsoft Office packages.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls from customers.
• Make outbound calls to provide updates to customers.
• Coordinate with internal colleagues in other departments.
