Job summary

Warwick District Council is seeking a proactive and compassionate individual to support residents in temporary accommodation. You will manage a varied caseload, maintain accurate records, and work closely with housing colleagues, landlords and external agencies to address residents’ needs.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with residents.
• Good administrative and IT skills, with record-keeping and reporting.
• Experience in housing, homelessness or tenancy support desirable.
