Job summary

Swindon Borough Council is seeking an Accommodation Officer to join the Accommodation Team. You will support households placed in temporary accommodation under the Council’s homelessness duties, helping tenants sustain tenancies and move to settled housing.

You will manage a portfolio of temporary accommodation properties, coordinate with tenants, landlords and partner agencies, carry out inspections, ensure rent is paid and tenancy agreements are followed, and provide sensitive support to
