Temp to Perm Executive Assistant - West Drayton (near Heathrow) - Hybrid – 1–2 days in office –
3 to 6 Months Initially - £20.00 to £25.00 per hour (incl. holiday pay & benefits)

About the Job

A temporary to permanent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Executive Assistant to support the Senior Leadership Team. You’ll play a vital role in managing executive-level administration and governance, with particular emphasis on complex minute-taking responsibilities. The successful applicant will be comfortable working in a dynamic and fast-paced setting, offering high-quality support across various functions.

Duties
  • Preparing agendas, reports and papers in line with governance standards
  • Taking comprehensive minutes during formal meetings and ensuring timely follow-up on actions
  • Supporting the Director of Finance and Assistant Director of Governance with executive-level assistance
  • Managing diaries, coordinating meetings and tracking key actions across leadership
  • Ensuring compliance with GDPR and health & safety regulations in all administrative tasks
  • Handling confidential information with discretion and professionalism
About the Successful Applicant

You will have prior experience working as an Executive Assistant at a senior level, with proven ability in complex and accurate minute-taking. Strong organisational and interpersonal skills are essential, along with proficiency in Microsoft Office. Previous experience in the public sector would be a strong advantage, though it is not essential.
