Job summary

THG Ingenuity Ltd. is seeking a Fixed Term - Customer Service Advisor for a 3–6 month period at Gadbrook Park, Northwich. You will handle inquiries across live chat, phone, email and social media, resolving order issues and providing product advice while upholding our service standards.

The role requires strong communication, a customer‑centric approach and a willingness to learn, with shifts 8am–8pm and a 1 in 3 weekend rotation. Office-based in Northwich.

Responsibilities

• Handle inquiries across multiple channels (emails, phones, live chat, social media).

• Collaborate with team members and other departments to improve service.
• Utilise training to deepen product knowledge and deliver top‑notch service.
