Job summary

The Caraires Consultancy is seeking a customer service administrator to join on a temporary basis until at least Christmas 2026 in Binley. The role requires office experience, strong attention to detail, and confidence on the phone.

You will work in a fast-paced office, handling orders, queries, data entry, and general admin tasks. Working Monday to Friday with weekly rotational hours between 7am and 5:30pm, this position offers an immediate start and the potential to extend beyond Christmas

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service skills and confidence on the phone.
• Strong admin skills with great attention to detail.

• Proficient with MS Office; SAP advantageous.

Responsibilities
