Job summary

Tate is seeking a Temporary Customer Service Administrator for an initial 3-4 month period starting in late September 2026. The role is on-site with standard hours and free on-site parking. You will handle customer queries by phone and email, manage orders, and support logistics and regulatory coordination.

The ideal candidate is IT literate, highly organised, with 2-3 years in a similar environment, proficient in Excel/Word/Outlook, and a strong communicator who can multi-task in a busy setting.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years' experience in customer service or similar environment.
• Proficient with Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook.
• IT savvy and able to learn across multiple systems.
• Strong communication and organisational skills.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks in a busy environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day customer support by telephone and email, responding to queries promptly and professionally.
• Manage sales orders, purchase orders and documentation, ensuring customer expectations are met.
• Maintain accurate customer information across internal systems.
• Monitor and resolve delivery discrepancies and issues promptly.
• Support the Sales team by identifying opportunities with existing customers.
