Job summary

Aggreko in Swindon is seeking a Sales Representative to drive growth across sectors such as manufacturing, food and beverage, storage and distribution, and HVAC contractors. You will win new business, develop key accounts, and expand market share for temperature control solutions.

You will use CRM tools, collaborate with multiple teams, and follow established sales processes to deliver outstanding customer outcomes.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in selling HVAC or rental equipment.
• Ability to generate and win new business opportunities.
• Strong time management and organisational skills.
• Excellent presentation and objection‑handling abilities.
• Capacity to build relationships with key accounts.

Responsibilities

• Identify and acquire new customers within industries relying on temperature control systems.
• Meet or exceed sales objectives for HVAC equipment and services.
• Identify gaps in market coverage and create strategies using direct sales.
• Collaborate with Aftermarket Operations and Engineering to support Temperature Control.
• Develop relationships with key accounts and national relationships.
• Penetrate existing accounts, convert competitor accounts, grow market share while maintaining service.
• Use CRM tools to manage activities, quotes, leads, and data.
• Follow Aggreko's sales process and comply with CRM and CPQ processes.
