Job summary

Aggreko is seeking a Sales Representative based in the South of England to drive growth by winning new business across manufacturing, food and beverage, storage and distribution sectors, and HVAC contractors.

You will develop key accounts, increase market share for temperature control solutions, and deliver outstanding customer outcomes. Join a company that provides power, heating and cooling solutions across events to remote operations.

Qualifications

• Strong sales experience within rental/hire sectors.
• Experience with HVAC/Temperature Control equipment is a plus.
• Hunter mentality with ability to identify and win new opportunities.
• Proactive lead generation using outbound approaches.
• Proven time management, planning and organisational skills.
• Ability to collaborate with stakeholders across teams.
• Excellent presentation skills and handling objections.

Responsibilities

• Identify and acquire new customers within industries relying on advanced temperature control systems.
• Meet or exceed sales objectives for HVAC equipment and services.
• Identify gaps in market coverage and create strategies using direct sales.
• Collaborate with Aftermarket Ops and Engineering to support Temperature Control.
• Develop relationships with key accounts and build national relationships.
• Penetrate deeper into existing accounts, win from competitors, grow market share.
• Use CRM tools to manage activities, quotes, leads and data.
• Follow Aggreko’s sales processes and CPQ requirements.
