Job summary

Aggreko Plc in the Southwest is seeking a Sales Representative to win new business across manufacturing, food & beverage, storage and HVAC contracting sectors.

You will develop key accounts, generate leads proactively, manage quotes via CRM, and collaborate with Aftermarket Operations and Engineering to ensure delivery of temperature control solutions. A strong hunter mentality and sales-drive are essential.

Qualifications

• Strong sales experience within rental/hire sectors.
• Proactive lead generation and new business development.
• Ability to build relationships with key accounts and cross-functional teams.
• Proficient in CRM for managing quotes, leads and data.
• Experience with HVAC/Temperature Control equipment is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Identify and acquire new customers across industries relying on advanced temperature control systems.
• Meet or exceed sales objectives for HVAC equipment and related services.
• Develop strategies to fill gaps in market coverage with direct sales.
• Collaborate with Aftermarket Operations and Engineering to support the Temperature Control business.
• Develop relationships with key accounts and expand national coverage.
• Penetrate existing accounts, convert competitors, and grow market share while sustaining service business.
• Utilise CRM tools to manage activities, quotes and leads effectively.
• Follow Aggreko's sales process and CPQ workflows.
