You will motivate the team to achieve targets and ensure high customer service standards, while handling queries and assisting with onboarding.

Experience in the food sales industry is a plus. You will work closely with the Sales Manager to drive performance, improve processes, and maintain a hands-on leadership approach.

• Experience in telesales or sales; strong communication and leadership abilities.
• Experience leading a team and coaching others is advantageous.
• Ability to monitor performance and maintain high service standards.
