Job summary

SelectRecruitment.je is seeking an experienced sales professional to lead a busy telesales team within a well-established local business in the United Kingdom. You will motivate the team to achieve targets and ensure high customer service standards, while handling queries and assisting with onboarding.

Experience in the food sales industry is a plus. You will work closely with the Sales Manager to drive performance, improve processes, and maintain a hands-on leadership approach.

Qualifications

• Experience in telesales or sales; strong communication and leadership abilities.
• Experience leading a team and coaching others is advantageous.
• Ability to monitor performance and maintain high service standards.

Job description

Fantastic opportunity for an experienced sales professional to take the next step in their career and lead a busy telesales team within a well-established local business.

You'll be responsible for supporting and motivating the team to achieve sales targets, monitoring performance and customer service standards, handling customer queries and complaints, and assisting with training and onboarding. You'll work closely with the Sales Manager to drive sales performance, improve processes and ensure a consistently high level of customer service.

Applicants should have previous telesales or sales experience, with strong communication, leadership and organisational skills. Previous supervisory experience and knowledge of the food sales industry would be a definite advantage.

Working hours are Monday to Friday, 6.30am-2.30pm, with one Saturday morning per month.
