Job summary

Midas Recruitment LTD is seeking a proactive Telesales Executive to join a busy team in the United Kingdom. You will make high-volume outbound calls to warm and cold leads, qualify opportunities and generate new business.

A confident, professional telephone manner and an ability to build rapport with decision-makers are essential. You will research prospects, nurture relationships and pass qualified leads to Account Managers.

Qualifications

• Experience with outbound calling and generating leads.
• Strong communication skills and ability to build rapport quickly.
• Comfortable working in a target-driven environment with KPI expectations.
• Experience handling B2B client relationships and cold prospecting.

Responsibilities

• Generate and qualify new business opportunities through high-volume outbound calls.
• Build rapport with key decision-makers and identify needs and opportunities.
• Research and identify new prospects from various sources to expand the pipeline.
• Qualify leads and pass opportunities to Account Managers or relevant teams.
• Maintain regular contact with existing accounts to maximize opportunities.
