Job Description:

V&C Associates are excited to be working with one of the UK's fastest growing PropTech organisations, specializing in reclaiming overpaid business rates. They are recruiting for a Senior Outbound Sales Specialist to drive and convert warm leads into sales quickly, reporting directly to the Sales Director.

We are looking for a hungry, sales-driven specialist with experience in telephone sales and engaging prospective clients.

The company offers a competitive base salary with a realistic OTE of £85,000+.

Responsibilities
  • Utilize your sales expertise and background in process consulting or enterprise software to grow revenue within the assigned territory.
  • Develop a deep understanding of our solutions, including Business Process Analysis (BPA), Process Mining, and GRC tools.
  • Identify and engage potential clients, demonstrating value and addressing their business challenges.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their needs in business process management, risk & compliance, and enterprise architecture.
  • Stay informed on industry trends to support negotiations.
  • Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing.
  • Provide regular updates to the sales leadership team.
  • Develop business plans, marketing strategies, and enable channel sales partners.
  • Forecast bookings revenue accurately on various timeframes.
  • Establish KPIs and review partner performance regularly.
  • Drive customer references, case studies, and referrals.
Skills & Experience
  • At least 6+ years in Account Management within a tech or SaaS environment.
  • Tenacious cold calling and lead engagement skills.
  • Entrepreneurial and solutions-focused, with a client-centric approach.
  • Strong problem-solving skills.
  • Experience with enterprise clients (SaaS) as a Key Account or Reseller Manager.
  • Highly organized and analytical.
  • Educational background in business administration, economics, or related fields may be preferred.
  • Experience as a “New Business Hunter” in a related industry.
