V&C Associates are excited to be working with one of the UK's fastest growing PropTech organisations, specializing in helping businesses reclaim overpaid business rates.
Due to growth, they are recruiting for a Senior Outbound Sales Specialist to drive and convert warm leads into sales quickly, reporting directly to the Sales Director.
We are looking for a hungry, sales-driven specialist with experience in telephone sales and engaging prospective clients.
The company offers a competitive base salary with a realistic OTE of £85,000 plus.
Responsibilities
- Utilize your sales expertise and background in process consulting or enterprise software to drive revenue within your territory.
- Develop a deep understanding of our solutions, including Business Process Analysis (BPA), Process Mining, and GRC tools.
- Identify and engage potential clients, demonstrating our value proposition and addressing their business challenges.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs in business process management, risk & compliance, and enterprise architecture.
- Stay informed about industry trends related to business process analysis, process mining, and audit to support negotiations.
- Manage the complete sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals.
- Provide regular updates and reports on sales activities.
- Develop business plans, marketing strategies, and initiatives to support channel sales partners.
- Forecast revenue accurately on various timeframes.
- Establish KPIs and review routines to hold partners accountable.
- Drive customer references, case studies, and referrals.
Skills & Experience
- Minimum 6+ years in Account Management, preferably within a SaaS or technology environment.
- Tenacious cold calling skills and experience with warm leads.
- Entrepreneurial, solutions-focused mindset, prioritizing client needs.
- Interest in identifying client problems and providing smart solutions.
- Experience with enterprise clients (SaaS model) as a Key Account or Reseller Manager.
- Highly organized and analytical, with data-driven decision-making skills.
- Background in business administration, economics, information systems, or related fields may be preferred.
- Experience in a 'New Business Hunter' role in a related industry.
