V&C Associates are super excited to be working with one of UK's fastest growing PropTech Organisations, the business has a niche market in assisting organisations in reclaiming overpaid business rates. Due to growth, they are recruiting for a Senior Outbound Sales Specialist to drive and convert warm leads into sales, within a quick period from initial approach. Reporting directly to the Sales Director.
Our client is looking for a hungry, sales-driven sales specialist with experience in telephone sales and engaging with prospective clients.
The company offers a competitive basic salary with a realistic OTE of £85,000 plus.
Responsibilities:
- Utilise your extensive sales expertise and background in process consulting or enterprise software to drive revenue growth within your territory.
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our transformative solutions, focusing on Business Process Analysis (BPA), Process Mining, and Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) tools.
- Identify and engage potential clients within the territory, showcasing the value proposition and addressing their specific business challenges.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their business process management, risk & compliance management, and enterprise architecture needs.
- Stay informed about industry trends, tools, and methods related to business process analysis & modelling, process mining, internal control & audit to support negotiations.
- Manage the entire sales cycle, from prospecting to pipeline development, opportunity management, and closing deals.
- Provide regular updates and reports on sales activities to the leadership team.
- Devise business plans, marketing strategies, and initiatives to enable channel sales partners.
- Accurately forecast revenue on a weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
- Develop KPIs to hold partners accountable and review performance routinely.
- Drive customer references, case studies, and referrals.
Skills & Experience:
- At least 6+ years of experience in Account Management, preferably within a technology or SaaS environment.
- Tenacious approach to cold calling and engaging warm leads.
- An entrepreneurial, solutions-focused individual who prioritizes client needs.
- Keen interest in identifying client problems and proposing smart solutions.
- Experience with enterprise-sized clients (SaaS model) as a Key Account or Reseller Manager.
- Highly organized and analytical, constantly reviewing data to focus efforts effectively.
- A background in business administration, economics, information systems, or a related field may be preferred.
- Experience in a "New Business Hunter" role in a related industry.
