Job summary

About the Role

V&C Associates is excited to be working with one of the UK's fastest-growing PropTech organizations, specializing in helping businesses reclaim overpaid business rates. Due to growth, they are recruiting for a Senior Outbound Sales Specialist to drive and convert warm leads into sales quickly from initial contact. The role reports directly to the Sales Director.

Candidate Profile

Our client seeks a motivated, sales-driven specialist with experience in telephone sales and engaging prospective clients.

Compensation

The company offers a competitive base salary with a realistic OTE of £85,000+.

Responsibilities
  1. Utilize your sales expertise and background in process consulting or enterprise software to grow revenue within your territory.
  2. Develop a deep understanding of our solutions, including Business Process Analysis (BPA), Process Mining, and GRC tools.
  3. Identify and engage potential clients, demonstrating the value of our offerings and addressing their business challenges.
  4. Collaborate with clients to understand their needs in business process management, risk & compliance, and enterprise architecture.
  5. Stay informed on industry trends and tools related to business process analysis, process mining, and audit to support negotiations.
  6. Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals.
  7. Provide regular sales activity updates to leadership.
  8. Develop business plans, marketing strategies, and initiatives to support channel sales partners.
  9. Forecast bookings revenue weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annually.
  10. Set KPIs and routines to review partner performance.
  11. Drive customer references, case studies, and referrals.
Skills & Experience
  1. Minimum 6+ years in Account Management, preferably in a SaaS or technology environment.
  2. Proven tenacity in cold calling and engaging warm leads.
  3. Entrepreneurial, solutions-focused mindset, prioritizing client needs.
  4. Strong interest in identifying client problems and offering smart solutions.
  5. Experience with enterprise clients as a Key Account or Reseller Manager.
  6. Highly organized and analytical, with a data-driven approach to prioritization.
  7. Background in business administration, economics, information systems, or related fields may be preferred.
  8. Experience as a 'New Business Hunter' in a related industry.
