Job summary

Pertemps Northampton is recruiting a Telesales Lead Generator for a Northampton office-based role. You will identify and engage potential customers, generating qualified appointments for Business Development Managers across the UK.

The ideal candidate has at least 1 year in lead generation or outbound sales, with a proven track record of high-volume outbound calls and a proactive, energetic approach. Monday to Friday, office-based environment, with uncapped commission potential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year in a new business lead generation or outbound sales role.
• Comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls.
• Resilient, target-driven and results-focused.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Positive, proactive attitude and energetic approach.

Responsibilities

• Proactively contact prospective clients via telephone to generate new business opportunities.
• Book qualified sales appointments for Business Development Managers.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of leads.
• Qualify business requirements and gather key customer information.
• Follow up on marketing campaigns and sales enquiries.
• Accurately update CRM systems and sales records.
• Work towards and exceed individual KPIs and targets.
• Represent the business professionally at all times.
