Your role is to generate leads and arrange appointments with senior decision-makers for the field sales team. You’ll thrive on targets, incentives, and a clear path to senior roles with substantial OTE.

Qualifications

• Experience in telemarketing, sales or outbound calling.
• Confident communicator able to engage decision-makers.
• Strong listening and verbal communication skills.
• Resilient, positive mindset; motivated to meet targets.
• Driven to work towards KPIs.

Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential clients from pre-qualified data.
• Pique interest and explain products and services.
• Gather information on needs, budget and decision process.
• Assess qualification using predefined criteria.
• Follow up to nurture leads requiring engagement.
• Keep CRM records of interactions and outcomes.
• Stay informed about products and services.
• Articulate features and benefits to generate interest.
