You will work in a high-energy, team-focused environment, aiming to hit targets and KPIs, with early finish Fridays and strong earning potential up to £100K+ OTE for top performers.

Qualifications

• Experience in telemarketing, sales, or outbound calling.
• Confident communicator with ability to engage decision-makers.
• Strong verbal communication and listening skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound calls to potential clients from our pre-qualified data.
• Use effective communication to pique interest and create awareness of products/services.
• Gather information about prospect needs, budget, and decision-making process.
• Assess qualification of potential customers using predefined criteria.
• Conduct follow-up calls or emails to nurture leads.
• Keep accurate records of interactions and outcomes in the CRM system.
• Stay informed about products and services offered.
• Clearly articulate key features and benefits to generate interest.
