Job summary

Better is a Bournemouth-based telecommunications solutions provider hiring a Telesales Advisor to generate leads and book appointments for our experienced field sales team. You start on a competitive £30K salary, rising to £32,500 after training and £35K upon meeting KPIs, with an OTE of £70K achievable within nine months.

You will conduct outbound calls from pre-qualified data, engage senior decision-makers, and maintain CRM records.

Qualifications

• Experience in telemarketing, sales, or outbound calling.

Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound calls to potential clients from our pre-qualified data.
