Qualifications

• Previous telesales or outbound calling experience is essential.
• Excellent telephone manner and communication skills.
• Strong organisational and diary management abilities.
• Confidence handling objections and engaging with customers.
• Good computer and CRM skills.
• A positive, target-driven attitude and a reliable, professional approach.

Responsibilities

• Contact prospective customers using warm leads to generate interest.
• Book quality appointments for the field sales team.
• Plan and manage sales representatives' diaries efficiently, maximising productivity and minimising travel time.
• Build rapport with potential customers and promote the company's products and services.
• Update and maintain accurate customer information within the CRM system.
• Follow up on enquiries and reschedule appointments where required.
