Job summary

Pertemps Lincoln is seeking a dedicated Telesales Executive to join our Lincoln office and work with the Field Sales team to grow relationships with existing and prospective customers. The role focuses on telephone and email interactions, delivering excellent customer service and driving sales opportunities.

This full-time, permanent position offers a basic salary of £26,436 plus commission, with standard hours Monday to Friday, 09:00–17:30, totaling 40 hours per week.

Qualifications

• Previous telephone sales or telesales experience.
• Confident communicating with customers over the telephone and via email.
• Strong customer service and relationship-building skills.
• Sales-focused with the motivation to identify and develop opportunities.
• Good organisational skills with the ability to manage a busy workload.
• Confident using computers, including Microsoft Office.
• Proactive approach with good problem-solving skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a wider sales team.

Responsibilities

• Making outbound calls to existing customers and prospective new customers.
• Building and maintaining strong customer relationships.
• Handling inbound customer enquiries by telephone and email.
• Processing customer orders accurately.
• Preparing and managing customer quotations.
• Gathering information to support product development and future sales opportunities.
• Providing excellent customer service throughout the sales process.
