Job summary

This Lincoln City Centre role is a fast-paced, high-volume B2C outbound telesales position. You will contact warm leads, drive conversations and work toward sales targets in a hybrid setup.

The package includes £26,500 basic salary plus commission, rising to £27,500 after 4 months, with a realistic Year 1 OTE of £40,000. Training is provided, with ongoing development and a 3-day office/2-day home pattern.

Qualifications

• Experience in telesales or high-volume outbound calling is desirable.
• Ability to handle 90+ calls per day to warm leads.
• Strong communication and active listening skills in a fast-paced environment.
