Job summary

Espria Limited, a growing independent MSP based in Ware, is seeking a Telesales Executive to join ourSales team. You will make a high volume of outbound B2B calls, qualify leads, and drive new business while earning commission as you progress through training.

The role offers extensive product training and a clear path to field sales within 12-18 months. Successful candidates are ambitious, articulate and able to work to weekly targets in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills and telephone manner.
• Sales and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work in a fast paced, targeted environment against deadlines.
• Resilient with the ability to handle objections.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word & Excel).

Responsibilities

• Making outbound B2B sales calls to existing and prospective customers.
• Generating new business leads and identifying sales opportunities.
• Explaining product and service benefits to customers over the phone.
• Building and maintaining strong customer relationships.
• Updating customer information accurately within our CRM system.
• Achieving activity and sales targets on a weekly and monthly basis.
• Ensuring compliance with Company policies and data protections regulations.
