Sentrama.com in Ware (on-site Mon-Fri) is launching a Sales Academy for a Trainee Sales Executive. You will receive comprehensive sales training, build product knowledge, and gain the tools to succeed. Upon completing training in 12–18 months, you’ll move into the field as a Solutions Consultant.

The role starts with a base salary of £24,000–£25,000 plus uncapped commission; first-year OTE around £30,000–£33,000, with clear career progression and a supportive team environment.
