Job summary

Hollybank Trustees Ltd in Guiseley is seeking a motivated Telesales Associate to join our Direct Sales team. You will speak with customers who have enquired about stairlift solutions and arrange qualified appointments for surveyors.

Qualifications

• Previous sales, telesales, call centre or customer service experience would be advantageous.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Comfortable using computer systems and CRM software.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to manage and prioritise workload effectively.
• A positive and professional telephone manner.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound enquiries from customers interested in stairlift solutions.
• Make outbound calls to follow up on enquiries and convert them into qualified survey appointments.
• Build strong relationships with customers through friendly, professional conversations.
• Understand customer needs through effective questioning and active listening.
• Explain the benefits of our products and services in a clear and helpful way.
• Maintain accurate customer records on our CRM system.
• Work closely with surveyors to coordinate appointments and share key customer information.
• Collaborate with Customer Service and wider teams to ensure an excellent customer journey.
• Achieve individual and team performance targets.
• Act as a positive ambassador for the business at all times.
