Job summary

Savaria UK in Guiseley is seeking a motivated Telesales Associate to join our Direct Sales team. You will speak with customers who have enquired about stairlift solutions, understand their needs and arrange qualified appointments for surveyors.

This isn't a hard-selling environment. Our customers are looking for solutions to improve independence and quality of life. You will be rewarded for performance with targets and uncapped commission.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales, telesales or customer service is advantageous.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Proficient with computer systems and CRM software.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to manage and prioritise workload.
• Positive and professional telephone manner.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound enquiries about stairlift solutions.
• Make outbound calls to follow up and convert to qualified survey appointments.
• Build relationships with customers through friendly conversations.
• Understand customer needs through questioning and active listening.
• Explain the benefits of our products and services clearly and helpfully.
• Maintain accurate CRM records.
• Coordinate appointments with surveyors and share key customer information.
• Collaborate with Customer Service to ensure a smooth customer journey.
• Achieve individual and team performance targets.
• Act as a positive ambassador for the business.
