Job summary

Elevation Recruitment Group is seeking an experienced Store Manager for our Scunthorpe client. Lead a four-person team, drive sales across mobile, broadband and related services, and maximise profitability through uncapped commission.

The role targets a commercially driven telecoms professional with strong people management skills and a proven track record of achieving sales targets. You will manage daily operations and ensure a top-notch customer experience.

Qualifications

• Previous telecoms or network retail experience.
• Retail/management experience in telecoms is essential.
• Proven track record of hitting sales targets and driving performance.
• Strong people management, coaching and development skills.
• Excellent communication, organisation and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of four to achieve sales targets and KPIs.
• Drive sales across mobile, broadband and related products/services.
• Own store performance, identify opportunities to boost sales and profitability.
• Manage recruitment, rosters, attendance, performance reviews and development.
• Coach team members to improve performance and achieve business goals.
• Oversee daily store operations including stock control, cash handling and visual merchandising.
• Deliver excellent customer service and handle escalated complaints.
• Ensure compliance with policies and regulatory requirements.
• Maintain high store presentation and customer experience.
