Priority Recruitment is hiring an experienced Store Manager to lead a busy telecoms store at Merry Hill Shopping Centre. You’ll balance sales, people management and operations, coaching the team from the shop floor and owning store results.

The role offers strong earning potential with an on-target annual bonus and ongoing development. You’ll have a supportive management structure and the chance to shape store performance.

• Seasoned retail manager with telecoms experience.
• Proven ability to coach teams and drive sales.
• Strong leadership and customer-service focus.

Responsabilités

• Own the store's sales performance and customer experience.
• Lead from the shop floor; set clear expectations for the team.
• Coach colleagues to improve confidence, product knowledge and sales results.
• Work with the Assistant Manager to maintain consistent leadership.
• Monitor KPIs and implement improvement plans.
• Manage rotas for busy periods, including evenings/weekends.
• Maintain standards across compliance, stock and store presentation.
