Digital Phone Company in North Norfolk is seeking a Trainee Store Manager. This full-time, permanent role offers uncapped commission and clear progression paths while you train on the job.

No prior management or telecoms experience is required, with full support provided to help you succeed. The role involves delivering excellent customer service, growing the local customer base, promoting products, and supporting stock control and sales administration.
