Priority Recruitment is seeking an experienced Store Manager for a busy telecoms store at Merry Hill Shopping Centre. You will lead from the shop floor, drive sales, coach the team and own day-to-day operations to deliver strong performance.

The role offers a basic salary of £36,500–£38,000 depending on experience, with an on-target earnings (OTE) of about £57,500–£59,000 and further earning potential through accelerators.

Qualifications

• Experienced Store Manager in a telecoms retail environment.
• Proven track record of coaching colleagues and delivering against sales targets.
• Strong leadership, accountability and a hands-on approach.

Responsibilities

• Own the store's sales performance, customer experience and daily operations.
• Lead from the shop floor and set clear expectations for the team.
• Coach colleagues to improve confidence, product knowledge and results.
• Work with the Assistant Manager to maintain consistent leadership across the week.
• Monitor KPIs and implement practical plans to improve performance.
• Manage underperformance with clear feedback and ongoing support.
• Plan rotas to cover busy periods, including evenings and weekends.
• Maintain high standards for compliance, stock and store presentation.
