Job summary

Priority Recruitment is hiring an experienced Store Manager to lead a busy telecoms store at Merry Hill Shopping Centre. You’ll balance sales, people management and operations, coaching the team from the shop floor and owning store results.

The role offers strong earning potential with an on-target annual bonus and ongoing development. You’ll have a supportive management structure and the chance to shape store performance.

OTE: Circa £57,500–£59,000 per annum, with further earning potential

Shift and schedule: Full-time, 5 days on, 2 days off, including weekends and evening shifts. Trading hours are 9 am-9 pm Monday to Friday, 9 am-7 pm on Saturdays, and 11 am-5 pm on Sundays.

This is a role for someone who enjoys leading from the shop floor, developing their team and taking ownership of results. With strong earning potential and an existing Assistant Manager in place, you’ll have the opportunity to make a real impact on the store’s performance.

• Taking responsibility for the store’s sales performance, customer experience and day-to-day operation.

• Planning rotas effectively to cover busy trading periods, including evenings and weekends.


• Maintaining strong standards across compliance, stock management and store presentation.

Successful applicant:

• An experienced Store Manager, ideally with a strong background in telecoms retail.


• Experience leading a team in a busy, sales-led environment.


• A proven track record of coaching colleagues and delivering against sales targets.


• Confident managing performance and holding people accountable.


• Commercially aware, organised and comfortable taking responsibility for store results.


• An approachable, hands-on leader who sets clear standards and leads by example.
