Job summary

Daisy Communications, the UK’s leading telecoms group, is seeking a Business Analyst to join the O2 Business rebrand initiative. You will gather and document business requirements, translate them into functional specs, and work with stakeholders and developers to ensure delivery that meets objectives around reliability and speed.

We expect strong experience in telecoms processes, agile delivery, and clear documentation.

Qualifications

Experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role.
Strong understanding of business processes and telecoms technologies.
Proficiency in requirements gathering, analysis and documentation.
Experience with Agile and Scrum methodologies and SDLC.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyse, and document business requirements.
Translate business needs into functional specifications for the development team.
Ensure requirements align with business objectives and user needs.
Document requirements clearly for stakeholders and developers.
Create User Stories and Epics to outline work for UAT validation.
Build flow diagrams or wireframes as required.
Identify options for solving business challenges with stakeholders and teams.
Provide documentation to progress the agreed solution.
Support third parties and development teams through delivery.
