Job summary
Daisy Communications, soon re‑branding to O2 Business, seeks a Legal Counsel to join the in‑house legal team. Reporting to the Senior Legal Counsel, you will provide commercially focused, timely legal advice on a broad range of B2B contracts, customer and supplier matters, and corporate governance support.
You will draft and negotiate contracts, manage risk, engage with stakeholders, and help develop standards and training for the department while staying updated on telecom regulatory
Qualifications
- Experienced commercial contracts lawyer with demonstrable legal and commercial expertise (in-house experience preferred).
- Practicing solicitor or barrister (England and Wales).
- Commercially minded legal professional able to balance legal risk with business objectives.
Responsibilities
- Accountable for a broad range of commercial legal matters, identifying risk and providing mitigation.
- Drafting/negotiation of B2B contracts (customers and suppliers).
- Drafting and maintaining standard customer-facing terms and conditions.
