Job summary

Renfrewshire Health & Social Care Partnership is seeking an inspiring Registered Manager to lead its Telecare and Community Alarms service, ensuring safe, person-centered care in people’s own homes through technology-enabled solutions.

The role requires strategic and operational leadership, budget management, and the ability to drive continuous improvement, outcomes, and partnership working across health and social care services.

Qualifications

• Relevant qualification in Social Services and Healthcare at SCQF Level 9 or above, or equivalent.
• Experience leading complex health/social care services.
• Ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and manage performance and resources.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic and operational leadership for Telecare and Community Alarms.
• Oversee Care Inspectorate registration and regulatory compliance.
• Drive service quality, governance and performance improvements.
• Lead workforce development, training and support.
• Foster partnership working across health and social care services.
