Job summary

Pin Point Recruitment in South Shields is seeking a Telephone Researcher to join a busy education surveys team. You will contact students and former learners to complete telephone surveys about their education and training experiences.

Hours are 37 per week over 4 days, with shifts between 9am and 8pm, Monday to Friday (possible Saturday overtime). Pay ranges from £10.85 to £12.90 per hour depending on age and performance, with increases subject to KPIs.

About the Role

Hours & Pay

• Ages 18-20: £10.85 per hour, increasing to £11.00 after 4 weeks.
• Ages 21+: £12.71 per hour, increasing to £12.90 after 4 weeks.

Pay increases are subject to meeting KPIs and attendance requirements.
